The room is new-fashioned and extremely spacious. the staff is amicable. A fridge and a microwave oven are a nice touch. the location of the hotel is awesome, near Mexico and Centro Histórico. Historic Monuments district deserves to be explored.

The hotel is set in a marvellous location so close to downtown. Need to be mentioned that there were good choice of restaurants to eat, like El Chavalon that was only 10 minutes' walk away...

the hotel was located not far from centro histórico and downtown and mexico. the personnel was friendly as expected. truly enjoyed staying here, my room was new-fashioned and spacious and had a refrigerator, coffee/tea makers, and a dining area. there was a handy kitchenette.

The hotel is just a short walk to Centro Historico and Mexico. the property is conveniently located near Zenea Garden. - the rooms are spacious. - Having a microwave oven, coffee & tea makers, and a refrigerator was a great addition to the room.

This hotel was good value compared to other options. By and large, it was a fantastic base for sightseeing in Queretaro. - the location was decent, next to Centro Histórico and Mexico. - the room was modern and reasonably spacious. - It included a shower, complimentary toiletries, and towels.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the city. I was able to easily explore all the main attractions and landmarks. the bed in my room was very comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. Another advantage was the beautiful terrace with a great view of the city.

the lack of cleanliness was disappointing. There was no cleaning provided during my four-night stay, not even a change of towels or emptying of the trash.
